Public US$20 is billed monthly for one person; the separately displayed US$120 yearly total is not this monthly charge. Advertised unlimited audio/video transcription includes files up to 10 hours or 5 GB, up to 50 simultaneous uploads, speaker recognition, modes, bulk export and translation to 134+ languages. The FAQ describes a design capacity of at least 720 hours per month, not a measured or unconditional capacity guarantee; terms permit temporary disabling for significantly above-typical use. Taxes, levies and duties are excluded and may be collected where required. Purchases are non-refundable. FAQ cancellation normally retains access through the paid period, while deletion and termination clauses can have immediate effects; no uniform refund or continued-access promise is made. Purchase-country availability and final checkout charges were not tested. No registration or payment occurred.
